At HOOK’D Music Co., we believe that the right music does more than just sound good—it hooks your audience, brings your vision to life, and respects your budget.
Since launching as Ian Hook Music in 2022, Ian has been composing original compositions for passionate people and meaningful causes—including the likes of the Lewis Cass High School Concert Band and the Cass County Community Foundation. What started in 2020 as a teenage dream—composing just for the love of it—has evolved into a craft: turning melodies into meaning and helping others tell their stories through sound.
Now, in 2025, we’re reintroducing ourselves as HOOK’D Music Co.—a name that better reflects our commitment to making music that captivates, connects, and converts.
But HOOK’D isn’t just me—my wife, Jaylah, has been by my side since day one, cheering me on, grounding the vision, and playing a vital role in everything from strategy to support. She’s not only my motivation—she’s the backbone of this business.
Together, we’re building HOOK’D into more than a music company—we’re a family-driven brand that listens, collaborates, and delivers.

Not simply created, but entrusted. Our music is rooted in something deeper than just a melody. It’s about calling, connection, and being caught by something bigger than ourselves.

When Jesus spoke those words, He invited ordinary people into an extraordinary mission. That invitation — to reach others, to serve with our gifts — is the heartbeat behind everything we create. We see ourselves as vessels for a deeper purpose. Through melody, message, and movement, we follow the call to reach others, guided by the one who called us first.
